I recently toured The Rowe Apartments in Grand Rapids, and I was genuinely blown away. The building is absolutely beautiful—modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The units feel upscale and elegant, with attention to detail that really sets them apart from other places I’ve seen. A huge shoutout to Drew, the manager, who made the entire experience even better. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly welcoming. You can tell he truly cares about the property and the residents. He answered every question with patience and gave a tour that felt personalized rather than rushed.

"I was recommended this apartment building while looking for places close to my job downtown. The location was perfect... within walking distance from everything I would ever need. I got ahold of the property manager (Drew) and he happily toured me through the community. He was very helpful and very kind- I feel like we could be friends. 🙂 The views from the apartments were absolutely amazing and the layouts are great. Love that they are cat friendly... Hard to find lately. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a great place in the heart of Grand Rapids!!!"
